Subscription to materials or consultations is a digital subscription. Once you pay for the course through the methods available on the site, you are automatically subscribed to the specific course or consultation. 

The trainee is not entitled to recover the money in one of the following cases: 

1. The material reaches the trainee.
2. Booking a consultation and not attending it or apologizing for it for any reason is completely cancelled, and the trainee has no right to demand the amount 
3. Delay in attending consultation and the trainee is not entitled to claim compensation 
4. Inability to watch the material due to circumstances specific to the trainee.
5. Violating one of the terms of this agreement.
6. There is a technical problem caused by the trainee that prevents him from completing the course.
7. The trainee does not benefit from the material, as the benefit from the material varies from one trainee to another.
8. Subscribing to a material without reviewing the description and instructions.
9. Your opinion differs from the opinions presented in the materials 
10. Any personal or technical circumstance of the trainee
